Your legal team can hold depositions and arbitration hearings in Winter Reporting's New York City conference center conveniently located in midtown Manhattan, on East 42nd St. right across from Grand Central Station. When you use our conference rooms for your hearing, arbitration or deposition, you won't have to think about sourcing and renting additional equipment. We know exactly what state-of-the-art equipment you need and we provide it.
The main hearing room and deposition rooms offer several configurations. Each hearing room is fully equipped with PC and laptop workstations, a Ricoh multifunction desktop scanner, printer and copier, and high speed (T1 and secure wireless) Internet access. Our multimedia presentation equipment includes a Wolfvision VZ-9 document visualizer, Epson 3000 Lumen projector, projection screen and flat screen monitors. Our main hearing room (Suite 924) has a high-end sound system.

Sitting comfortably throughout the day helps keep you alert, so we placed the revolutionary Freedom chairs, designed to give you maximum ergonomic support, throughout our conference center. Catering services are provided upon request.
